Lacrosse Offensive Strategy/Plays: Triangles Part 1, Dodging From Out Top (In A 1-3-2 or 2-3-1 Set)

In PART #1 of this Triangles Offense walk through (part of a larger offensive strategy series we're doing), I'm going to talk about dodging from out top in a 2-3-1 set (or 1-3-2 depending on where you're from). In this video, we'll cover having a midfielder dodge down the alley, and will talk about the motion/spacing that is expected of the other players.

I ran a triangle o once, ran the wings up on the pipes (7 and 7, 7 yards up from gle 7 yards out for center of fieldish) to make the rotations shorter. Super effective for isos/pick, pop and rolls for teams lacking more than 3 "ball handlers".... Had trouble with the off ball movement, but that's typical MIlax issue given our lack of solid youth instruction.

Yep, when I show my dodging from X in triangles, I don't run triangles with the attack. I go with a slip and a pinch backside. That should be out in a day or 4.

Hey Boss, I'm sure you've been asked this before, but what app do you use for screen drawing and diagramming?

I just use my desktop and a pen tool called epic pen. It let's me use my mouse to draw on my screen. I just roll video using vlc. I record using OBS so that's the trifecta. For podcasts, I edit the video and audio using Premiere Pro and Audition.
