You can overload zones quickly, for beginner defenses it becomes very confusing

Do yourself a favor and get the BTB players manual. It is the best investment you can make in your or your teams lacrosse career. It is a well thought out, interesting, easy to go out and do, training program. The best money you will spend to get better. It is all in there. Stick work, agility drills, speed training, strength training, game intelligence. Be the Best!
