Because leh people mostly buddist people hate muslims and outside workers, as I have experienced it being in leh for 20 years, they thinks themself as superior and they are also racist for their on people mostly (badda people are treated badly) , and the younger generation of leh are involved in bad activities like drugs and assaulting shopkeepers . This is the dark reality of so called Peace community
