Ladakh Permit July 2021 l Step By Step Online Process l No DC Office No Travel Agent

Hi All,
In this video i am sharing step by step process of getting ladakh permit online. From 1st July 2021 onwards new system introduced by Leh DC office to get permit to travel around ladakh like Nubra Valley, Pangong lake, Tso Moriri Lake, Hanle etc hastle free. Earlier we used to go DC office Leh to verify payment & get stamped the permit but now we no need to go DC office. Earlier we used to stand in queue for couple of hours or to pay any travel agent to get the permit on behalf of us but now its so easy to get Ladakh permit. You just need to click on below given website & fill the form, check mark on circuit & make the payment. I have described everything in this video about how to get Leh Ladakh permit. To explore local Leh you don't need any permit.

Hi RK, I have a question related to the permit. I have a foreign passport and visiting Ladakh during the 1st week of August. When I checked online application form for PAP (Overseas Registration), I noticed that we have to apply through a agent (Choose your agent). Could you please let me know whether there is an option to apply directly (without using agent) for foreign nationals.

Sorry for a delayed response & hope you are having good time in Ladakh. Actually the process is almost same & you have to pay 400 fee per person to visit Ladakh. Nothing Much changed in terms of process but now we no need to pay the permit fee of 20/- per day

These permits are with half information. Hanle night stay not allowed at the moment & chusul road is closed at the moment due to border issue

to stay in leh you no need any permit. Permit is only required for nubra pangong hanle circuit

Yes, I stayed at Gostops for 8 days due to their internet speed 😂 and facilities, it's good for work from home. Vodafone works in Leh but it's not the best one. Airtel & Jio is very good

Diamox is suggested. For initial couple of days don't think to walk alot or going somewhere out until your body feels like due to AMS issue.
