लद्दाख के एक्टिविस्ट सोनम वांगचुक ने 7 अप्रैल को चीन सीमा की तरफ मार्च करने के लिए लोगों से अपील की थी लेकिन लद्दाख के प्रशासन ने लेह में धारा 144 लगा दी. पिछले महीने 21 दिन लंबी अपनी भूख हड़ताल के दौरान पर्यावरण एक्टिविस्ट वांगचुक ने लद्दाख के लोगों से भारत-चीन सीमा पर चारागाह भूमि के कथित अतिक्रमण की जांच के लिए मार्च करने और उसमें शामिल होने के लिए अपील की थी. आख़िर लद्दाख में प्रदर्शनों का सिलसिला थम क्यों नहीं रहा है और क्या है यहां के लोगों की मांग?

6 th schedule सिर्फ उन जनजातीय के लिये था जो eduction हो economy मे पिछड़े और सामाजिक रूप से मुख्यधारा से दूर थे,, नॉर्थ ईस्ट के राज्यों में भी सिर्फ 10 district शामिल हैं पर laddak के साथ ऐसा नहीं है वो पहले से ही मुख्य धारा मे शामिल हैं और हर लिहाज से मुख्य धारा के पैमानो से भी आगे हैं अगर आज इनकी माँग मानी जायेंगी तो फिर पूरा का नॉर्थ ईस्ट भी मांग करेगा, छतीसगढ़, andaman, lakshya deep , और भी देश के जनजातीय समाज भी यही मांग करेगा जो इतना बड़ा हो जायेगा कि सभाला नहीं जायेगा, अभी तो 6 th schedule वापिस लेने का समय होना चाहिये हाँ कोई जमीन ना खरीदे, जनजातीय demography change ना हो इसके लिये कठोर भू कानून की माँग करे , सरकारी नौकरी में लोकल की माँग करे अपने लिये UPSC का अलग कैडर मांगे जो जायज है और बहुत स्टेट के पास है और बहुत माँग भी कर रहे हैं पर इतनी कम आबादी में दो MP, देश के दूसरे राज्यो से भेदभाव होगा और 6 th schedule दो बोर्डर होने के कारण और वैसे भी थोड़ा कठिन होगा,

This is the exact reason sonam wangchuk fast is called climate fast. You need to know the whole story. Sonam wangchuk and ladakh people again and again told us that government planting projects after projects in sensitive ladakh where there is scarcity of water. there is an agreement to set-up Indians Frist geothermal power plants in puga valley, involving drilling up to 500 meters into the earth. Already due to lack of water many villages were abandoned. And there is no say to ladakh people on these projects. There is no democracy in ladakh.. and that's what ladakhi people fear about.. if we get 6th schedule we can have some says to these projects and who knows better of ladakh other than ladakhis.. rule of ladakh by LG (central government) who don't know ladakh environment is worst specially when ladakh is sensitive areas. U have already seen how joshimath is sinking, teesta dam collapsed and now we don't want ladakh to be another example. SAVE LADAKH

In the outline of the 6th schedule, laddak is not fitted. But in democracy you can ask for anything It is important that there is sustainable development, no one should buy land, tribal demography should not change, demand strict land laws, demand local in government jobs, demand a separate cadre of UPSC for itself, which is legitimate and is available with many states and many others. are also demanding There are village, municipality and district level elections, this is also called democracy ,the best work will be done in such a small population. There is an international border between two countries, according to the 6th schedule the government will not be able to do anything, which is necessary in the interest of the country. As a nation we didn't want any extra law, now is the time to take of 6 th schedule from all place and give them strong land laws, employment, and sustainable development with the help of local people and trand techanical people
