Used to be 95.4% RTP. Now 91.2% RTP. When an extra '0' was added they needed an extra 'odds' and as you can guess it was '10-1'. That and with the 'pre-gamble con', just run a mile.

Thought I give it a try, put in £50 on this Golden odds roulette in a Ladbrokes or Ladcrooks my bets were between £3.80 & £4.20 which meant my stakes qualified for a go on the "spinner" how wonderful ! Well I managed 4 winning spinners out of the £50 where every bet lost so what a con. The result was I actually had 4 bets at £4 each = £16 staked but cost £50. Would have made more sense to have dumped the £50 down the drain outside, certainly would have been quicker.

A programmer mentioned elsewhere on another thread that the spinner and bar are compensated. A separate 'bolt on' application to the wheel. In other words, whilst the number is fixed odds and random under the 2019 £2 limit, the spinner/bar looks at wins/losses elsewhere as well as apparently having a 'hidden edge' of a few percent. I think the 'compensation' is also used to help keep premises with few players profitable. Compensating the operator by ripping people off here and there. There are £ overheads running a betting shop like Ladbrokes.

how they managed to bring the gamble feature in , the green bar ,which results in decreased spin time and has you can see can soon eat the money , they got away with murder again when the 2 pound spin should have had a minimum spin time

I don’t play the fobt in Ladbrokes as they are tooooo aggressive! U either get something or NOTHING! There is no inbetween! There is a video on KZbin discussing how the programming on the fobt has been changed!!

They are just money hoovers mate they barely pay now, especially Golden Odds on the actual Golden Odds game, not the original, you can sometimes win the odd £72, but yeah, they have basically turned them off now to just the "slaughter the sheep" setting rather than the "shave the sheep" setting to keep the punter coming back, which is gonna drive them away to a Casino or elsewhere, because the machine owners are just too greedy ! NOBODY is gonna wanna get absolutely MASSACRED every single time, you gotta at least lead them down the garden path a little bit to keep them coming back....

All the payouts are now averaged at 92% which has been reduced! The programming seems to be a win or a slap across the face and no inbetween!! I have emails where I emailed the gambling commission regarding the numerous near misses on the new roulette and I had to threaten them with legal action just to get them to reply and even then they were vague!!

I’ve seen this take over £100 to activate a £12 spin, which duly lost. This game is bad enough as it is without the variance being so wide on the pie gamble. An absolute abomination, it gives rape a bad name.

Mate it's a total scam ! FACT ! They NEVER go on winning runs, i've been playing this for well over 5 years, and i have not once saw it hit 100/1 back to back or any of the big payouts ! It's a complete an utter farce, it also self adjusts right in front of your very eyes to f**k you over to avoid paying which is absolutely INFURIATING! Even when you win, it literally takes you to the jaws of defeat, and 9/10 if it takes a good few hundred quid off you, you've got about a 3/10 chance of turning it around n getting your coin back, but it's completely different in a Casino, you can lose a fair few hundred n still get back into it, i've done it many times, i once lost £400 n left with around £900 ! Don't touch FOBTS at £2 they'll financially cripple you ! Take care ❤️
