The first hurdle is getting there, 2, Document, 3, Finding work, 4 German language. So even if luck is on your side, it still needs about 10yrs before you can start on your shooling abroad adventure. You will be clocking 40+ and employers here are not too keen on oldies... lets's not even talk about race issues... it's somewhat unrealistic, to begin with.
