I’m a 80 y/0 man and they just blow me away!!! What an incredible group of massively talented ladies. I watched their Salsa DVD on You Tube and they dance as well; WOW ladies you rock!!! This concert was the very best that I’ve ever watched so smooth and you deserve the crowds that flock to your concerts. I’ve always been a fan of the R&B era and you girls do it great justice. It almost goes without saying that the vocalists are outstanding and that the musicians are exceptional at their craft. That said... As I watch these shows, I continue to be amazed at the knowledge, skill, and work behind a production like this. Can you imagine the sound engineers? So many mics, instrument inputs, ect... Seems so daunting to get it right night after night. And the constantly changing stage setups. So many people behind the scenes with choreography, costumes, makeup, stagehands...and so much more. And let's not leave out those in charge of the light show, lighting programming. Truly a big task in a show of this length and magnitude. Kudos to all involved behind the scenes. You make these wonderful musicians and vocalists really shine.

The husband of Edsilia ( lady E) and brother of former member Trijntje (lady T) Tjeerd Oosterhuis , is the producer and “mastermind” behind the “Ladies of Soul” concept. In Holland he is also a well known componist en musician (keyboard, piano) and sometimes you see him participate in one of the songs in the Ladies show.

Candy explained that, during the songs, they always had someone talking in their earpieces . The choregraph tells them what to do, where to go during all the songs ! They must sing and listen in the same time ! Because they can’t remember all the show in details ...

@@V1rowt8 Your absolutely spot on. There is a very high standard, here in the Netherlands, about the live sound recording, lighting, and all total stage production. That is one of the reasons that many famous artists want to start and record a world tour here in the Netherlands. Plus the audience response is positive, the interaction is just wonderfull supportive . The soundquality is superb, listening as if I am there, rught now!!!

One of the world's best women's groups. Who also seem to like each other very much and give the audience happiness and warmth. Many times one cries with happiness over their song and performance. Berget (Soul Queen and gospel princess), Edsilia (the humorist who can sing like Dame Shirley Bassey), Glennis (better than Whitney Houston? Said Simon Cowell.) and Candy (the sexophonist, sorry the saxophonist, along with the others take us to the top of the music world.) I think Candy is radio controlled with all the antennas on her back.
