Hi Jason and family. Had a very busy morning. It’s already 2 pm! Got my Covid booster at 9 am but had to walk 1 hour in total to get it then I shopped in 3 shops for a week’s worth of groceries which cost £110 then I cooked up a storm - I had lightly fried juicy tender fresh fresh fresh Turkey steaks, lightly fried crunchy fresh onions, hot lightly cooked fresh pea, mint and sour cream purée, hot lightly cooked fresh Vittoria tomato and red chilli and sun dried tomato sauce and al dente hot new potatoes with lots of unsalted butter. Of course I had fresh pepper and salt. Only have a few cooked meals a week and the rest of the time I eat raw vegetarian food. This is just what I need to relax on a Saturday afternoon. It’s what I’m going to watch first to help me to unwind. Thankfully no blood clots / thrombosis from the Covid vaccine yet 😂 You all take care and try to be happy.
