Yes, there is no point in helping someone who has no gratitude. The mother-in-law in this video has changed very easily but that is too far from the reality. Usually these kind of mothers-in-law take their daughters-in-law for granted which is why they ill treat them. Even if the daughter in law is a nice person they will think that she is being nice only out of obligation.
