I hate to say it but the moment a new guy comes along, she will very likely ditch Eric again, then come crying back to him again if things don't work out there. And what Lucas says at the beginning to Eric is very true in that she will only come back to Eric after being dumped by guys like him. I think Eric was a bit of a doormat for letting her treat him that way when he was just trying to look out for her and then once again offering his shoulder to cry on when things went pear-shaped between her and Lucas. I think he should have stood up for himself and told her to get lost, especially when she did the same to him when she wanted to be with Lucas. Guys should be good guys and they should also be good listeners as but they shouldn't be doormats and allow themselves to be taken advantage of as well as made to play second fiddle by a girl to some bad boy. The nice guy approach doesn't work.

See this goes back to what I've been saying women chase after the same type of man and they have a good man right in front of them! It's zero accountability she was used pumped dumped back blown out and she loved it but all the red flags were there but she ignored them and than she wants to go back to the guy who was there the whole time the man she put in the friend zone!
