I have been around arrogant people like this woman who is so disrespectful to her co- workers and family members. She's thinking she's better than anyone else or more educated than anyone else. You never judge a book by its cover, nor do you know talents or gifts do a individual have. This is how peoples treat one another's, some have respected and others don't. I believe peoples are trainable if they are giving the chance and opportunity, you never know who you have staying in front of you.
