Fantastic Brendan!! Love your sound! What settings do you use in Logic when you record your covers? Just wondering what effects you are adding like compression, reverb, etc?

Hi Rick - I don't have any 'go-to' settings - I treat each song like a blank canvas. What I can say is this: I'll almost always try a few different reverb plugins on the sax until one just 'works' for my taste. Then I also generally have a delay plugin loaded. Logic's stereo delay plugin is great. I generally don't like the way compressor plugins make the sax sound, so I'll often give them a try and then later delete them 🤣- It may be my limited knowledge of how to use them properly though.... I do recall using a limiter on this track though (for the sax) It sounded better in this context to me. Hope that helps a bit

Oh- for reverbs i like plates and halls. Something like 2,5 seconds in length as a starting point
