Seems to me that the first half of the show she’s saving herself, like she couldn’t dance or do anything she does, also the color palette says the same thing. She’s a legend

It might be my ears playing tricks on me but is she singing closer to the original key than usual? Her vocals have been slaying overall so far and this sounds like she's hitting it at a higher key than usual, I wouldn't be surprised

At the beginning of her performance she's going with her usual lower key as she was always doing with her live performances, but then after, the second half she changes the key and totally sounds like the studio record and starts singing with higher key. She's amazing! And probably this is the first live performance she's singing Just Dance with this key.

@@takollette ummm she always sings just dance in its original key, the last time she performed it in a lower key was in 2009 during the fame era

People were probably like “is she gonna do something” But I feel like the slow intro was to help ease her into being in front of 60k people after not performing for four years 🥺 She’s a gem

She performed on stage in Vegas a little over a month ago. It’s not that she wasn’t on stage in 4 years, it’s she hasn’t been on a world tour in 4 years.

@@Liberal_From_Prairies689 Yeah you’re right, my bad. Though, Jazz & Piano is an entirely different entity. Different energy, different crowd, audience size, and extremely taxing on the body at times. The slow intro was a statement, of course. But I understand it would be helpful for her anxiety to “dip your toes in” first.
