In the 80s I traveled to the Singapore and Malaysia where I have seen women driving carrier goods and local buses. I felt jealous and thought I wish if our women can drive like this in India, and now after seeing this I proud that Indian women are not just driving truck and buses but Locomotive train too. I salute them !

this is really cool, even here in the United States and Canada seeing a woman engineer(that's what we call train drivers or train "pilots") is insanely rare.. To be honest I have yet to see one, but I'm sure there's bound to be some. But this is really cool to see.

Awesome ....congrats to this brilliant representative of the modern woman who can do any job done by men and also better. BTW , I think she is a shunting pilot who couples and de- couples locos to trains and moves them in the yard to the loco shed etc. The actual LPS come later and take charge of the loco as we see here. A shunting master is in charge of the shunting operations in the entire yard and does not work locos.
