I absolutely love the cast and Cassandra Clare...but is it just me or were the cast a little rude...Ive watched a lot of con panels and interviews with multiple people and they aren’t on their phones, having side conversations, speaking over the main panelist on the microphone, etc.? It was kind of bothering me how the actors seemed checked out.

I don't know why they do that. I am guessing since most of the questions are towards Cassandra, they used their phones. Also, I didn't see them interrupting the main speaker. I watched all of the Shadowhunters con and they never had their phones out. I wonder why here, but they didn't do it a lot. As for the side conversations, the cast do that a lot for interviews and panels. They are not being rude since they are not being loud. It is just they are very close and wants to discuss the question on the side.

I think the show was amazing. It was very very different from the books. But we got a different story with the same characters. And that doesnt have to be a bad thing. I love the show and all the books.
