@@rockgrove3 You obviously don't know very much about Emmet Cahill. He IS a classically trained singer, who plays piano, organ and violin. He graduated from the renowned Royal Irish Academy of Music, where he earned a university degree in Music Performance. Emmet was honoured with The John McCormack Bursary, recognizing him as the most Promising Young Tenor in Ireland. He also earned the distinction of being named the most promising young singer at the Royal Irish Academy of Music and achieved multiple prizes at the National Feis Ceoil singing competition. These achievements brought him to the attention of Celtic Thunder Producer Sharon Browne and Emmet has been a principle vocalist with CT since 2011. He has toured extensively with them to various parts of the world. Emmet sings everything from pop to opera. For you to call him a "casual traditional. needing to change drastically to become a classical singer", is an insult to his abilities and greatly underestimates his talent.
