First do you have any idea what it cost to maintain these old wooden boats let alone build? Answer is no. and Yes they do go out on real voyages. This is just a tourist cruise at a boat festival so calm down cupcake. Lady Washington is a Historical accurate remake of the ship . She originally only had a Tiller handle not steering helm the helm you seen in the movie Enterprise and Pirates of the Caribbean installed a false Helm on board. Both of these ships also have Engines blow deck as an upgrade. So if you still think its pretty silly you really have no life.
