1) We carried a 40L backpack each :) 2) Cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, tuna, almonds, peanut butter, chocolate (90-100%), coffee (black without sugar), chia seeds, cream, avos

Hahas we are trekking enthusiasts but it’s so challenging having to manage both camera gear, the clothes we pack, the food we bring along and miscellaneous trekking stuff hahas.
