What a wonderful moment that was - after all the worrying after Harriet's disappearance if M15 would be able to raise the Es on his own, and the worries about E22 getting enough food - there they were on Days 83/81 perched side by side on the attic together - E21 and E22 made it and soon they will fledge and begin their Eagle adventure, Harriet would be so proud of them and M15 deserves a medal as Father of the Year, he has been Incredible the past two months, it will be a sad day when we say farewell to Harriet's last Es, but what an amazing display of resiliency M15, E21 & E22 gave us this season.

*Fantastic* ❣️ They have amazed us so much, this season. They had to grow up faster than any other of Harriet and M15's kids. Or, is that just my altered perception, as I treasure them so very much. Harriet and M15's very last two!! They'll be going into the world with the best DNA an eagle can have. I miss Harriet! ❤ YT suggested a LH video of Harriet trying to help E14, when she was perceiving E14 was struggling with some illness. The love Harriet had for her little one was awesome. Unfortunately, E14 met with unforseen circumstances, beyond what Harriet could fix. 😿 That was the only eaglet who hatched that they (Harriet and M15) lost. All the others fledged and dispersed. A phenomenal record, as compared to other nests we follow. M15 has astounded us by raising these two who are inches away from fledging. What a spectacular team they were! ❤ God bless M15, E21 and E22 as they go forth and continue to thrive. TYLH! 😻 Wishing you and all who visit here many happy days. Be blessed! 🙏🤗🦅💐💕

Hi Curious Cat I think the E's did have to grow up much quicker this season and it was all thanks to our phenomenal M15 who did not miss a beat along the way fighting off intruders in the middle of his own grief over losing the love of his life and trying to protect and raise Harriet's last two eaglets by himself. I think it was his sole goal and purpose and because of that, he beat the odds that were not stacked in his favor. What a testament to his love and devotion to his family and to his beloved Harriet ♥ But we did lose three eaglets since the cams went live E3, E5 and E14 💔💔💔Even with these loses, the fledging record at the SWFEC nest is one of the highest on record! I pray that next season that whoever M15 ends up choosing to be his new mate, that they will carry on this this successful record and be blessed with many eaglets of their own.

Owl? just got a surprise! Watch back on Cam3 1:08:05 see owl fly in on the right, land on a branch in nearby tree. Then owl heads towards nest. Whichever eaglet is on the nest, (I think E22?) squawked at approaching owl who turned away. YAY!! ~I'm also wondering why the cam is not showing the nest... Odd. Granted, they were both on branches earlier, but not now. Can't see onto the nest. ~~ *UPDATE* Hours later.. I looked at it again re 1:08:05 - maybe it wasn't owl afterall; maybe it was Dad trying to fly in? 🤣

I am so proud of E21 and E22. It will be so bittersweet when the E’s leave to start their own journey in life. The not knowing what happened to Harriet has made me sad. I started watching Harriet and M15 and the Eaglets when I was starting my cancer journey in 2013/2014. I wish I had pictures of M15 and Harriet and all there offspring as they are what got me through.

There were some really cool and entertaining moments this morning, when the eaglets first awakened. They branched above the nest together (Cam 3) at around 7:30. It especially looked cool in the morning mist on that cam.
