I highly, highly recommend getting a small, portable humidifier for your hotel room. Since the air can be very dry. It will help keep your skin from drying as well as help prevent sinus issues and sore throat. Oh how fabulous! Would you go back to Viva again? I'm definitely planning on making more fitness videos when I get back to Perth. The small waist stuff will be a little trickier as I think a big part is hereditary and because I'm dancing regularly. But I can work on something I'm sure for this.
