This itself is an artwork but more interestingly TWICE MISAMO tells us that women can act, dress, and feel their sexiest AND IT IS NEVER AN INVITATION to harass women. Genius, right?! “You can watch me if you love me, but you CAN’T TOUCH ME if you really love me” UNTIL I GIVE CONSENT. This is the only Kpop/Jpop mv where I see such powerful message about consent! Excellent work, TWICE! You deserve your success for using the platform to civilize humanity!

I'm sure others have already mentioned how the song's message is about consent - specifically, how it is *_affirmative_* consent when it comes to relations and intimacy. What I think is also really cools is how the lyrics are more or less gender neutral and sexuality neutral, with the message thus working every way without assuming or implying the speaker or listener's gender. Everything is more or less metaphorical and hence doesn't objectify the person (i.e. it doesn't comment about their body, appearance, clothing, etc).
