Hey ladyT👋🏾 alfredo looked 🔥🔥 do you take shots or wear a insulin pump? Crazy thing, your 2 water bottles, is all I can have in a day. Well 2 1/2 (32oz) dialysis can be rough sometimes. But God be the glory! Even though I can doing treatments I am STILL clamming totally complete healing in Jesus name!!!

Looks delicious 😋 but quick tip 💡never put oil in pasta water it makes the sauce not stick to the pasta and you end up using way too much sauce. It works.

Hey Lady T I can offer you another way to cook Alfredo which may save time. What I do is buy a rotisserie chicken from the store already cooked. Cut the meat off the bone and use that. It saved some time and it's so good. Just wanted to throw that suggestion out there too you.... I love your channel.

Like you said at the end cAnt find anything we can’t either we barely can buy stuff to make a mean everything is gone they didn’t have noodles, the Alfredo sauce or anything we had to buy just random stuff and gonna see if we can make a mean out of it. I’m in a small town so we only have a harps and the next other grocery store is an hour away and I don’t want to risk going super far and not being close to home and getting sick I get sick super easy...
