@@MattbyNature I hope that when you get your's, no matter where you get them from, that they are in top condition 👍🏼👍🏼 I would send you the little back bulb of my blumenscheinii, but, I think that if I were to send it along with the Black Pearl, that would be too premature! It probably won't make it. Know that the thought had crossed my mind. I would like to grow it on further though, before doing that. It would be a shame to send it, and then all the effort it has put into trying to survive may be for nothing.

I would have placed any bet that they were wrong and I would have roots sooner. Boy, was I wrong! LOVE that this has happened and at a time when I needed a little boost 🙌🏼 thank you for your kind feedback, amiga! Really appreciate it so much! Also for watching 😘 I have the angereri to pot up, but that appears to be a long way off growing roots. So, we have one more to go and I hope that we will get the opportunity to pot it up, eventually 🤞🏼 I want to tell myself that it feels warmer, but my thermometer is telling me no. There was a little sun yesterday 🙏🏼 I couldn't believe it! But none today... also no rain today, so the orchids went back outside. I see that the night temps tonight are at 14º, if I can believe that... the humidity is making everything feel cold. And as a matter of fact, it is so humid, I have to disconnect my keyboard from the computer because I am getting little electric shocks otherwise. 😒 I walked King today and there was a heavy mist, not fog, but mist from the East... possibly sea mist, because maybe the air is warmer while the Med is still cold 🤷🏼‍♀️ I may be frozen still, so I need to defrost to feel any different 🤪 DST has messed my day up! Xyliano was weird this afternoon when he came out. For him it felt late, but the clock said it was time... and then suddenly it got dark very quickly and grumpy had an attitude as if 'I tried to tell you... something is off today!' 😅 we shall see how he responds tomorrow. Last thing I need is a frustrated cockatoo! I shall be the only frustrated bird in the house 😬😅 hope your day was pleasant... nice temperatures... your bushes got into their new home? Hi Robert 😍💐 thank you for your kind feedback and for sharing 😘😘🙌🏼🤸🏼‍♀️🤩 🙏🏼 I had a little sunny break through yesterday for a stint, but today... wow, I could hear the Med all day... something is raging down at the beach. Even as I sit and type, I can hear the roar! This afternoon we had the mist roll in and things got cold and wet fast! Usually we have this mist during the summer, when the hot land clashes with the colder Med, so..... am I to believe that the land is warming up and the Med is that much colder? 😅 am I desperately reaching for some sign that things are actually warming up? I must be so frozen within myself that I have as yet to thaw out and understand that things are warming up 🤷🏼‍♀️🤪 walking King in the mist today (i am approx ¾ mile from the beach as the crow flies) it was yuck!! He didn't care that I didn't care for it... it was nice to see him get out though and get some ball play in. No way was I walking him during the incessant rain. Supposedly our temps are not due to rise, but... I live in hope that the forecast is wrong 😅 (as you do!) 😂 I don't like to stake the laelias if I can possibly avoid it. In this case, the lava rock is doing the work for me, and the pot will not be moved for at least 6 weeks, if not more! There is plenty of water in the pot, I don't even have to water for another 2 months, at least.... so, with these guys, if at all possible, no stake. I just don't like the look. I had my skewers ready if I needed them, but, no need 👍🏼👍🏼 thank you so much for watching, Robert, and for all you do for me behind the scenes! Ni Nina, it looking good! I just thought that I would send you a I have started putting my orchid orders in and I will be replacing some of my other house plants that consist of hoyas. It's sad that I have had to start over but it is what it is. Two different orders so far and the 3rd order will be made her maybe next weekish. Thanks for the video and the encouragements to go on.

I need you to go to my Orchid Swag link and choose a mug / bloom for your long overdue 6 month Orchid Ninja Thank You For Your Support Mug! And of course, let me know which one you want, what color... I would need your address / phone number, or, before you go and order it yourself, (more private) I need to make some modifications (I do have to make some modifications 😅) then you can order it and I will reimburse you the full amount via PayPal (easiest?) etc etc... I have been anxious about this because I did not want you to think that I was copping out 😬 some of these laelias are a little bit more sensitive to grow roots, those will be the candidates to be mindful of, because they will dump them if they are not cultivated properly. But, if all is done as it should be, they do not dump roots as we know other catts do. During the drier season, the roots only get dew, so look dead, but are in actual fact fully functioning, and when the wet season starts again, they plump up. Watering at the wrong time... is not a good idea. I have been dealing with conditions that are not considered orchid growing conditions, so, when I saw this one root appear... it was as if all the stuff happening around me disappeared 😅 I was so happy!! congratulations on getting one more potted up. Hopefully now that she is potted, she will start pushing more roots and romp away. That leaves just the milleri, no? Is it me, or does the water that comes out when you start flushing the akedama looks the same as the mess that came down on the patio? I have a question. If you have no electric in the house, does that mean you're not able to watch the PGA? That would make me sad, I know how much you enjoy it.

Don Miguel 🥰💐 it leaves the angereri. Milleri is potted up since last year, and is looking a little patetico despite having that tiny growth it managed to produce. I live in hope (more ways than one!) 😅 similar... the akadama is not as orange, or else I would have PTSD and never use akadama again! Did you see the dust push up when I first poured water in? 😅 I have to remember to water from the other side next time I flush through. I am able to watch at my desk. I have my laptop next to me ... I am connected in this corner of the property, and my daughter has daisy chained another extension cord so that she is connected in her room. Seeing as this is taking as long as the weather is wet, and the humidity high... we are connected to the neighbor's property! But, I have been playing piano with the fuse box, and managed to configure the fuses in such a way that, fridge freezer are on and so is the hot water boiler. The basics, are covered, and the must haves... PGA, and work station, as well. Thank GOODNESS!! Because, you would have to admit me into an institution if I had nothing that I could watch or work on. Glamcamping, Michael! 🤨 I don't care if it rains for another months, but for crying out loud... someone switch the heat on up there!! 👆🏼 the cold is really annoying me now! I have 4... there has to be a reason why I bought that configuration in that amount, and while I was so tempted to drill holes into the big one, Spain is on a trucker strike which is affecting the delivery of goods, sooo yeah, not going to risk waiting months (like I did last year when there wasn't even a strike!😅) smaller pot it is, and my need for uniformity will just have to handle the situation with grace and not winge about it 🤔 thank you so much for watching, Michelle!
