I actually currently work at this hotel. I’ve never investigated it but when I’m finishing up my job alone at night I can say I’ve definitely had my fair share of experiences in the place. Absolutely love it here though and everything they said in this vid was true. when they couldn’t hear the other group in the basement even though they were just around the corner it shocked me because the same thing happened to me as well. My fiancé and I actually met Jason in person. he’s a pretty cool guy and this channel definitely deserves more than it gets. I hope to see these guys on tv some day, we need some real content on television instead of all this fake stuff these days

Back in 2000 my girlfriend and I stayed there in room 349. Me being a skeptic didn't pay much attention to the laughter and the crying but I now know why I had scratches on my chest which drew some blood. Honestly I thought because we was playing around that she accidentally scratched me and I didn't realize it. After watching this and now knowing that ghosts are real I'm a believer because of this video. Amazing video. Keep up the amazing and hard work that you are doing.

I live in Marietta. Heard stories all my life. Tales from Mound Cemetery, Lafayette, Becky Thatcher (moved to Pittsburgh), and many more hot spots. First settlement in Northwest Territory. A lot of history. Settled by 49 Europeans. Rufus Putnam for example. Come back soon!

I just seriously do not understand. You have the caliber of an ACTUAL television show, you have the INTEGRITY of a SOLID TRUSTWORTHY tv show, and in 4 yrs on her you only have 20k subs...while another channel I no longer can tolerate has 250k subs after 1-2 yrs...and you (I can at least) debunk EVERYTHING they put up!!! I lived in Marietta for 15 years and I’ve been in that hotel. I never stayed there but I went with my husband and kids once and walked through the hotel. We actually went down in the basement and I believe I had an encounter with the male spirit

I’m 2015, I wanted to check the place out. The staff let us in just to be looky-loos. It was early in the day, housekeeping was cleaning out rooms from the night before so we were able to see most of the rooms. Once we reached the 3rd floor, we passed an old shut down elevator. It was locked up tight. I tried to open it for whatever reason but it wouldn’t budge. I made a comment about how I had heard how accommodating Mr. Hoag had been in his day and the elevator would have been nice for my mother, as she had cancer and the walking was tiring for her. We continued through the 3rd floor and made our way to the roof top. We decided to move on to other parts of the hotel. We came back near the elevator where we first entered the 3rd floor. Low and behold, the old decrepit looking thing was wide open with the light on!!

I stayed in Room 349 and had several events happen! The bathroom light turned on several times during the evening, we heard a voice in the living room after we went to bed, we had an iPad charger go missing and then found hidden under the pillow on the couch, and the craziest event, the kitchen sink facets were the opposite from the night before. The hot was cold water and the cold water was hot! I told the desk clerk and she didn’t even blink, she said she would have maintenance check it but it would be fine. I laugh and said, “you don’t believe me, do you?”She said she did, nothing surprised her anymore but that it would have return to normal by now!

3:34 Looking at outside of the building, the Ground Floor has two entrances with much of the exterior of Ground Floor painted white, then floors 1, 2, 3 and 4 being red-brick. At the corner of the building there's the blue awnings over verandahs on First and Second Floors and there's another verandah and awning on the First Floor above the second entrance. The Third and Fourth Floors have no verandahs with awnings.
