Mental health is vital in all aspects of life, for aviation you are taken through fundamentals of human factors course so you can tell if a colleague has mental issues. There are random pre-flight drugs and substance abuse checks and max airborne hours per week/month/year Safety is paramount. Thank you for the good work

This is very informative...this has reminded me of a doctor who told me high level of depression iko with pilots,then number 2 is bankers(may be statistics have changed now, am not sure). It is great they follow up someone in case of ambiguous behaviour they dont fly;so that no more lives are lost coz of personal interest.
