The only known points on this curve are 0 and 100. The magnitude and shape of the curve elsewhere is pure conjecture.

Guys, he's just explaining the idea behind the Laffer Curve, not endorsing it. In reality, economies don't work this way. If the legacy of the Reagan trickle-down catastrophe isn't enough evidence, go check out Piketty's landmark book "Capital in the Twenty-First Century" if you want to see how wealth, income, and taxes have interacted with each other in the past 100 years.
