Although I was very interested in seeing the outcome of this case, I had to turn off the video. It was just too confusing to listen and watch. Everybody was talking all at the same time and over each other. Your viewers cannot hear let alone understand!! I thought the client contacted you because she needed your help. Instead, she was just yelling and talking over you and not giving you a minute to get a word in edge-wise in your attempt to get HER issue resolved. There should be some sort of contractual agreement signed by your clients. If they get belligerent and will not allow you to handle the situation to the best of your knowledge, then you will walk away and leave them to handle it themselves. If and when that happens, there will be absolutely NO REFUND!! It is understandable, that emotions run high in these situations but there should be some measure of control by the client, as well as your team. Lawfwell, you and your team should take a look at the video and see how you are running back and forth between your team and the client in an attempt to control and maintain order. That is just ridiculous!! The level of confusion robbed your viewers of it's intent!!
