This update is worthless, you will waste your skill token if the player already have it, legacy transfer is just a fancy name with literally no worth, just saving trainers but taking the players which you have trained using trainers nothing new nothing good , only good thing happened that players can now go up 100+ those are also some specific cards, none of my 100 rated cards crossed over 100 worthless

In legacy transfer extra skills also transfers or only progression points

Extra still wont transfer. Only additional skill (that you added manually) transferable.

While doing legacy transfer do u have to make the player full level to get progression points? Because when I did legacy transfer on de Bruyne he went from level 11 to level 14 but I got no progression points ☹️

Depends on the selected player's level. Sometimes it won't always be fully maxed
