For the mutants Magneto is the one to move up for me. on the current state of the game, you often need counters to specific situations and mags is really good against all metal champs. He counters regen, evade, ability accuracy, heals really good from bleed, does energy damage and his damage is really good if your can parry heavy. And the fact that his stuns last so much longer is one of the best things for me.

All champs would be super op and fun if money was taken out of the equation. As far as the mutant choice, it depends on what your Tier list is geared towards IMO. You could make a case for Magneto in where he may not be the best in BGs but you can use him in every other part of the game. Sentinel - Mutants, Torch - Mystics, Magneto - Metal champs.

Great tier liest, trully love your work Lags! I personally love Silk: -great damage; -doesn't trigger dex wich makes her rlly good option against many mystics, that special evade makes it possible for you to speed up some fights by being able to push some hard defenders (like KingPin, Gorr, King Groot, Annihilus, bishop...) to special 2 without needing to worry with block damage or other consequences (the special evade is kind of easy to get back with the 20 hits since her specials have 6+ hits; -and i haven't rlly give much sig to Silk but i'm rlly looking forward to try that willpower reverse healing for BG and War(as i personally use despair maxed) and that should help melting defenders

Silk is amazing in BG. Totally overlooked most of the time and not blocked which is great because she handles all the annoying mystics with ease. I've picked her over Human Torch many times.

Bishop should go to above all tier. He has great damage in long and short form content, his utility is insane, and he is also a very powerful defender. Plus he's got that 7star juice

Zemo is an interesting one for me. I know he’s best used in LFC which I am not nearly good enough to complete yet, and for players of your level/roster he’ll be solid for whatever new long form mode kabam puts out next, but for me who is still grinding story content right before act 7, Zemo really shines against bleed immune champs. Those fury’s with my r3 just shoot up his damage like crazy and usually before I even realize it the defender is ko lol

Silk was my first r5 and first ascension, she is just incredible for so many pieces of content, what many people don't mention about her is the control she has in her fights. You can play so aggressively, and so risky and not be punished because of her special evade. She is similar to nimrod in my eyes in terms of dominating an entire class except for 1 (bishop in nimrods case, Mephisto in silks). If you can stun, and you can bring a relic, I think she's better than Torch at COUNTERING fights, he just nukes em down before they start.

Magik really helped me reach Paragon with breeze. Thus with the ascension stuff, I even took her into BGs and wars. Took out 7* like a champ. The only drawback is that she's slow, with her damage output. But very consistent with the wall SP2 chain. Easy peasy 😂

I’d probably say Bishop. Note I started to type before hearing your view. The reason is dual threats (and Domino is also) are SO valuable. My last two 7 stars were Shang (my first Titan) and Odin. Phenomenal both. But mostly offensive. Bishop a cut above in that he can quest on his own. Or just need the Storm start at 3 bars of power. Howard and Storm both great as 7 stars. My unexpected ‘7 star love’ is Falcon. I was lucky to dupe him. A single dupe and I’d put him on top of r2. He can do an absurd amount of fights. I’ve gotten Hulkling and Galan consistently over 50k scores (not in current GC though). So many other tricky fights just neuters so many tougher matchups. Thing melts. Val is amazing but he switches off annoying Hulkling stuff that she can’t. Falcon deserves possibly even more respect. But pretty well respected now.

Agree with the Hulkbuster promotion. My r2 was one of my MVPs for the 7* act 7 challenge. He took every fight on a few paths and a lot of bosses. He’s probably the best power control champ available as a 7*.

Silk is atm my favorite champion in the game. Not only is she fun to play but I think she has so much utility. She does really well into very annoying matchups (not just mystic) and you can play very aggressive and not be punished because of her passive evade. If you combo correctly you almost always have it up. Shes been shredding in AW and BG for me.

Agree! Imagine if Gladiator can start with 32 persistent charge and immune to Nullify, Fate Seal and Stagger he will be great for Incursion. Imagine playing with both champions in Summoner Choice you voted for in Incursion. Gladiator can fight Mystic, Nullify, Fate Seal, and Stagger node. While Hercules can fight the rest with Heimdall synergy.

In regards to silk, she tears apart pretty much any defender (especially mystics) in battlegrounds in under 60 seconds even at r4. If you want to fight pretty much any other champ in the game, the sp3 loop will kill Fantman, bishop, and I’ve taken any champ that can be stunned and doesn’t require immunities. With the sp3 you can do 3 combos and a sp1 and they’re dead. Pretty much always come out with 100% health and the sp3 loop still only takes around 70 seconds with a r4 She can reverse regen and shut down unstoppable/evade easily, and her special evade is insane. Mangog sp2 and bishop sp1/2, and pretty much any annoying to evade special is super easy with her, and by the time you get them to another sp2, it’s active again. There’s some videos showcasing her in war and incursions (where she’s now the best champ imo) because of a hack that gives her a fury every time a debuff expires. My r4 was hitting 1 mil mediums and I just had them stunlocked in the corner

People get excited seeing these characters in the game art. Any company wanting to license these characters for a game would have to pay big money. And MCOC has them in their game... but MCOC has most of them in a way that is collecting dust and not motivating people to play and spend to get and use them.

Hey, just wanted to throw my thoughts out here. I know science champs are stacked, but overseer is just as good as the other champs in his tier imo, in some ways he hasn't aged well, but in others he is doing even better! Getting a relic that helps him a good amount, especially for stun locking, getting the 7* version (which, for top players soon it won't be impossible to dup him) etc... Also as I was watching, I saw Guardian didn't have recoil friendly emoji next to his name. Shout out to Guardian, one of my favorite champs, so underrated. Love your content bro, your tierlists are top notch and I agree with a lot of your decisions!

Gladiator should have cold snap incin and poison immunity he flies around in space which should just right there show his power and give him to immunities I think he should be moved down a tier like out of all the comics I don’t think he’s in the right tier Domino and bishop are both amazing but I personally think domino should go up just because you have to have a counter or else you just lose I’ve beaten bishops with like juggernaut like bishop loses to more characters that just don’t do energy damage rocket jugs both do very well but they can’t deal with domino I think both are amazing this is just my opinion lol but also dominos evade can still kill your even if you have a counter to her special damage

Got Gladiator they also need to lower the range of ultra confident .. and make it harder to lose confidence. Carrying confidence over would help lot too. This in addition to immunities is def needed for him to be desirable. I don’t understand how they could have tested him and been happy with the package. Really unfortunate tbh.

I once did a sp2 with 99 precision and 14 on the card passing, card on the opponent, and i did like 20-30k damage and not even 1 bleed was placed on the oppponent, and only 1 bleed during the heist ...

Glad sandman is seeing some love. i took him to r5 and ascended him, dont regret it at all. Kills every mystic full yellow bar except for Rintrah. crazy how much hes won me defense on BGs too. He's timed out Torches, Furies, Zemos. Literally i win unless they have Kingpin, Valk, or Shang Chi. the only downside is he could be a little slow when AI doesnt wanna throw specials. I didnt even know he was getting tuned up but im so down.

I think the tier list need to be cut in 2 lists. You are juging every champ as BG defender to classify them. Game is not just BG. So to do justice to a lot of champs the BG tier list should be seperated. So 1 overal general tier list where being defender doesn't matter and another tier list based on BG/AW performance. With current lust, a lot of average players who don't play or are serious in BG will rankup wrong champs that won't help them progress and clear content efficiently

35:00 I'd put OG Hulk at top 1 in above all science class. I have him as a 7* and he does way better than Scorp. OG Hulk is easily the best 7* champ and got the highest burst dmg thanks to his fury buffs and stun. All you have to do is sp2 and then stun lock them with sp1 during the time he has gamma rage. Then you smack your opponent till death. Easy and fast to use, very good in all game modes (especially in bgs). He takes down any node and that near 100% degen immunity is good too.

I also think that Magik is broken but not because she can prevent her opponents from throwing their special 3s but because she can stop them from throwing special attacks in general which makes her so busted. Doctor Doom for example can also prevent special 3s but he is not really broken.

Anti-venom should definitely move up to at least SS tier. He has double immunities and other utilities like petrify, spectre, disorient and decelerate and not to forget he counters Spider-verse champs ( completely shuts down evade). Also he's decay tactic attacker.

I really want Dani to get a tune up, she is almost very good but certainly lacks in some major ways , changes to her falter and miss mechanic (just like how her neuroshock heal block skill champs , make that skill champ cannot ignore her miss.. a bit wonky but lets see what KABAM does )

I don't like that we have to play so fast to get that sp1 and sp2 cycle. Sp1 debuff lasts only 8 seconds and without it, the sp2 doesn't work as good. Kabam should increase the time duration of sp1 debuff.

I hav not finished the whole video and I dont mean to cause a shit ton of beef but i was someone who absolutely hated that gladiator won the vote (too many cosmic gods, barely any comic relevance, lame powers) but i think the kit they made for him is cool. Rly interesting "confidence" that you need to scrap with the opponent as they throw their specials. i dont think every summoners choice needs to be so top tier that theyre crazy and granted i dont hav a gladiator. but i think what he has is very cool. tbh... i get immunities are wanted but confidence doesnt mean he'll just not be able to be poisoned (yes i get its a video game). It'd be better if the immunities were just base kit like most cosmics. anyway tldr i personally think gladiator looks fine and has good damage with a unique and fun gimmick... shoulda been white tiger tho 😓

Champs shouldn’t be tiered based on synergies. You shouldn’t need to run synergies for a champ to be good. For example agent venom. Synergies are cool and all but needing to run them means u get to run less champs on ur team. Maybe the champs u need to run are awful and they don’t really serve a purpose for a quest u are doing. Plus u can’t use synergies in BGs or Alliance War defense.

Silk is hard counter to so many annoying mystics. Current meta is not her because of reverse stun but outside that, she is bonkers good. Better than Scorpion for me. Its crazy because she is so simple and appears to have limited kit but it works like a charm. 100% evade any special, heavy stun and tons of damage when playing right. Just reaching sp3, heavy, sp3, amassing tons of physical vulnerability, another heavy and sp2. Boom. Game over.

Great video. Watched it all. I really think Majik needs to not be talked about so much just because she is a 5*. Have been playing this game since it started and she WAS an amazing champ. Quake is clearly in a different world, however an ascended Majik (while better than not ascended) simply power locks your opponent. I would always choose Doom over majik in every scenario (even if she was a 6*) so I don’t think she is a good champ anymore. Nostalgia aside she needs to be dumped as a good mystic champ or an out of this world champ. There are now plenty of mystics much better than her. Even Juggs is a much better champ to use. IMO she has definitely been replaced. There are also now many more champs who deal unavoidable damage like majik also. Keep up the great work though 👍

After her buff I really think Viv Vision should be on the omnipotent tier , besides her phasing she inflicts a passive heal block, power drain , blood and poison immune . I took mine to R5 and with one SP2 + one SP1 i finish all my fights…

Def agree with adam. Im still learning to play him well, but on the few fights i do, i end with 100% hp and just melt the oppenents

He depends so much on AI though. If AI decides to just land his basic attack, the cool down begins which is annoying.

@@boonslang6689 definitely agree but usually you can find ways to get around it. I find once you have them againt the wall its pretty easy to keep your chain from there

I personally think that quick silver should replace titania he is much better overall much better defender than titania and over all more utility and can take alot of fights

Yeha but quicksilver not even that good of a defender either. Titania is crazy on attack.
