A traditional recipe from Bohra community which is delicately flavoured and it is extremely easy and very simple to make. Here is an authentic Bohra Lagan ni seekh recipe that has been passed on since many generations. Basically lagan means marriage and seekh means minced meat kabab. You can simply call this as minced meat pie mixed with basic Indian spices like ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, dry spices and bread crumbs. This mixture is set on a pan with beaten eggs, tomatoes and cooked on slow flame.
