Yes. And that part was so sad but also so beautiful. Let's never forget to say a big 'Thanks, Konami' for having ruined what Suikoden (the first two games) were.

Deadly Fingertips Black Shadow Hell Judgement The Soul Eater was truly one of the most powerful and horrible True Runes in the Suikoden world.

I've never had the chance to play the first Suikoden game, yet this music sounds so nostalgic and familiar to me, the sound of the 90s... It reminds me of my childhood, a different time, when everything was simpler and innocent: no worries, no sadness, no pain. It's amazing how this beautiful melody can reconnect us to a part of our soul that we couldn't see anymore and how those old "forgotten days" (memories/feelings) can relive again through this masterpiece.

@@cronoesify I can definitely hear similarities with middle eastern music (or what video games consider middle eastern music) or desert-type music. Just because it's from japan doesn't mean comparisons can't be made. similarities are everywhere
