Travel tip if you are at lake Como and not on an organised tour, don't use the ferry to get around! I was there last year and the wait times are very long to get on the ferries, they are slow and you spend most of your day out on the water looking at the scenery from a distance travelling between stopping points. Looking at this video I wish we had hired a car and driven around the lake, you see so much more and stop where you choose.

If rules do not come to efficiency, it' s not positive to respect them. On the other side, most people (mainly) last generation made tend to be disrespectful to others, whatever is the case. That may be more accentuate in some Italy areas, though not only. It would be good better analyzing facts
