I lived in Nigeria and 2 years and REFUSED to drive while there. It just seems impossible lol. I commend all of those who aren't afraid and have the patience to!

@statictech7 - I asked because Nigeria is NOT a poor country. Its natural resources are oil and natural gas (37% of 2006 GDP), tin, columbite, iron ore, coal, limestone, lead, zinc. Nigerians need to get their act together. Nigeria is just one of many African countries that hand over control to the World Bank. I dread to think of the interest they're paying on the bank's funding.
