One thing I have noticed about the market videos, whenever you go to a vendor they always give you a good helping. They reach back in and put a little extra on the top I love that. That is something you do not see here in America. I want to go to Africa so badly 🥰😍🥰😍

Yemisi my sis. Like you no doubt know, the market lady who said that periwinkles are oysters was wrong. Periwinkles are sea snails, oysters are mollusks, a bi-valve. The shell of a periwinkle is like that of land snails.

I go to market and I sometimes buy things that enter my eye even though I didn't budget for it.😃 Suggestion: Do mention the dollar equivalent when you do market videos like this so that those in the abroad (specifically non Nigerians ) will have an idea of the cost of food items in Nigeria.

It’s called mgbe,a complete River’s native soup consist of ngolo,mgbe,ofingo,foite isam(roasted periwinkle),gbo(dried croaker),lady (dried fish)😂😂😂😂😂, the ijaw seafood makes soups interesting 😂😂😂😂, try cooking with roasted isam,it takes the taste to another level

It's sad many of the market women are not been protected from the harsh sun or rain. Auntie, never put your left hand in anyone's product when shopping in Ghana. Its a big taboo there.
