Both cities are looking great but as usual North African countries look more advance. Though Lagos buildings look aesthetically beautiful I will choose Cairo over Lagos bcos it looks more developed.

Also Egypt isn’t poor if you are referring to GDP. But I would prefer Egypt to live because they can handle crime better except for the Libyan and Sudanese borders.
