See ehn!!! Whether it’s Social life, international flight abi hustle. Nothing would make me prefer Lagos to Abuja. I LOVE Abuja so much. The peace and quite is worth it abeg. I do agree that there isn’t much tourism locations in Abuja but it doesn’t change my love 😚
@Ejeomah4 жыл бұрын
😂😂😂 oh right ! I agree with the peace oh 🙌🏽🙌🏽 can’t be compared. I find this interesting tho...anyone that has lived in Abuja ( or a place similar) says the same thing about LAGOS . 😆 😆😆 But there are people that love the Lagos gragra still 😄 At the end it’s all about preference right 🙌🏽

Normally your own taste tho.. don't forget lagos is divided into two... the mainland n islands... still won't choose anywhere in abuja over the islands of Lagos especially the ocean and beach life.. maybe you have to wonder why almost 95% of the celebrities in Nigeria live In lagos instead of abuja..

I'm currently study in Ghana and I stay at Abuja and you can most definitely fly directly from abj to Accra. Not all airlines have that offer tho but arik does. The Ghanaian airline AWA also flies direct from abj to Accra. On a lighter note, I'm team abj all day every day. Nice content. New subbie here tho

Ghana's population is 29 million, Lagos is about 21 million. Whatever Abuja lacks socially is simply a business opportunity for people to provide. It's relatively untapped socially but they need to find out what works with the personality of the city rather than wanting to cut and paste from Lagos. Let ABJ not become Lagos O!
@Ejeomah4 жыл бұрын
The last part tho ‘ let Abj no become Lagos 😂 That would be a Disaster if that happens and you know what ? you are very right ! What you said about the social life being a Business opportunity. never saw it that way . There’s a solution to every problem there is !
@ominiekwe72414 жыл бұрын
@@Ejeomah that's never a problem at all, Abuja is a still a coming up city, all those things will be in place, they came to Abuja to correct most of the mistakes they made in lagos

@ominiekwe72414 жыл бұрын
Lagos will be lively than Abuja because is a senior sister city to Abuja,Lagos has been on existence for over hundred years plus, Abuja is just 38 years because the whole construction started in 1982. The reason for lagos traffic is not only population the main reason is lack of good master plan, do you know Abuja is world most plan city?. You cannot see main entrance of any compound gate facing any Express way in Abuja. Just give Abuja the next 20 years all those opportunities will be here, so for me I prefer Abuja to Lagos. Again the land mass of Abuja is more than times 2 to lagos, nothing even makes it close in terms of land mass. That's why you can see wider roads and big space b4 houses along any Express in Abuja. Again there are more roads and by pass in Abuja than Lagos
@Ejeomah4 жыл бұрын

Abuja is still a developing city. By the time it reaches it peak, Lagos would not come close in any ramifications

You got the population wrong. Abuja is at 3.2m and Lagos Is 14m. I live in Abuja and I prefer Lagos. As for traffic, it’s only in town and places close to of town that don’t have traffic. The likes of apo, kubwa, gwarinpa, lokogoma, Galadimawa,Gaduwa and a lot of other places have heavy traffic! The one you prefer depends on your personality. Anytime I’m in Lagos, I feel like I’m at home. Houses in Lagos are also finer if you loook at houses in wuse 2, maitama and asokoro you can’t compare them to lekki, vi and Ikoyi.
@Ejeomah4 жыл бұрын
Oh wow, thanks for that . Houses are finer in Lagos right? What about the cost
@ominiekwe72414 жыл бұрын
My sister you are just joking, those ones are hold up than can be moving, that of lagos is stand still no movement at all. When my brother COME from Lagos to Abuja, he was coming back from maraba to area on in the morning and enter that morning hold up. When I asked him how far about the hold up? Guess what he said,,that maraba hold up is nothing to compare with lagos hold up, that's to tell you the level of lagos hold up
@euniceblessing21972 жыл бұрын
Is a big joke To compare mararaba traffic to Lagos traffic. make a plan for the day in Lagos. Lagos traffic will charter the plan for you

Just came across this video which was ironically enough posted on my birthday 😭 I currently live in abj but I prefer Lagos. Whenever I’m there, I feel at home. Moving to either one of them depends on your personality, the type of person you are. The only thing Abuja can boast of is no traffic and that’s only people that live in town or close to town that can boast of it. Everything else to me Lagos.
@Ejeomah4 жыл бұрын
Oh really! Happy birthday in arrears 🥳! Haha @ abuja can only boast of no traffic 😂 oh well , you have a point . And I second the fact that Moving to either one of them greatly depends on PERSONALITY! Thanks for watching 🌟

Nice video but when you talking about lagos, remember lagos has two major zone... the mainland and the island... Still I don't think abuja is better than the Highlands part of lagos because you still have alot going on there that doesn't happen in abuja

You are wrong on the transportation being cheaper than Lagos, many of of my friends in Abuja that moved from Lagos are actually complaining. And housing is very expensive in Abuja compared to Lagos you are just being biased do your research well! The cost of living in Abuja is higher than that of Lagos... I have friends over there that can attest to this. So I disagree with you!
