African Governments need to provide better Living and infrastructure for it's Citizens and Certainly Polio Vaccine for it's Citizens...! This is 21st Centaury and Citizens of Africa should not be Suffering like this weather they are Educated or Not...! Oshodi is just like less than 5% of lagos. This entire video represents less than 5% of Lagos, and that is one of the many Lagos slums. But Lagos also has lots of highbrow areas. Calling an entire city a slum because of just 5% slum is really being misinformed.
