I don't think lagos can realise that goal or Nigeria cos of evil looting of public founds, imagine Buhari built 600million dollars while golf countries are building airport worth over 15 / 20 billions dollars, that pretty much amazing...now my question is this, golf nations produces oil and gas like, equivalent capacity OPEC gave to golf countries nd Nigeria, so where is our money going to.

I have nothing against them buy land and building whatever they want, but giving them 100% autonomy is what I don't agry with.
