I can relate to having a toned body without putting in much effort. Sometimes it is just genetics. I also started working out more frequently in January but in the process of being disciplined, I lost my period. So please please Kamsi, balance the workout with enough natural fats like nuts, avocados and also herbal tea. Great vlog btw

I have to talk about that paint fumes oo, it almost killed me 😫 Hmmn I stayed in a hotel in Lagos very early last year for just three days, didn’t know they had just painted it and still they gave it to me!! I was having difficulty breathing, sneezing constantly, catarrh and all. When I travelled back, the border control guy thought I had contracted covid so they screened me even more. Ps kamsi, I know some people are blessed with good skin but still we need skincare deets!! As always great content ❤️
