Wearing a silk/satin bonnet or scarf to bed would help keep your style and keep it healthy. If you want to wear it straight, here in the USA when all the girls had relaxers, we would "wrap" our hair and tie it down with a silk scarf at night. On KZbin I know you can find a video on how to "wrap" your hair or how to "doobie" your hair. The girls from NYC called it a "doobie" but same thing. Good luck!

I relaxed my hair months ago and I was so into this healthy journey thing, thing is we’re just excited and obsessed with the hair that we think we really need this but we don’t, just do your normal hair routine like you used to, wash it once in a month if you want to, it does not matter, all you need to do is get it relaxed again when it’s due and make sure you hair is always moisturized, just make sure your hair is never dry so that it doesn’t break off,you’ll eventually get over all that routine when you get used to having a relaxed hair😌🙂

My hair personally just naturally grows longer with it being natural than relaxed. My mom was the first to notice. We discussed it and we figured my mom was the same too. She was butt length as a child (no relaxer) and then always midback as an adult with a relaxer and went back natural and she is butt length again. She was a licensed hairstylist since she was 19 till about 40 so she knows healthy hair. However, do what is best for you. She is honestly thinking about doing a relaxer again as she lives in japan. She doesn't have anyone who could do her hair without it being extremely expensive and she wears her hair straight regardless as her hair doesn't curl. Being natural takes it double time than it would with a relaxer. We have very full head of hair so it takes longer.

Wow twice a week is alot even if relaxed. But one cowash makes it more understandable. Pay attention to how your hair responds to protein cause weekly sounds like alot. Let us know how it goes!

I still wonder why we don't use vacuum cleaner in Africa 🤣. Do u know that I had a cleaner who once told me she preferred d local broom to d plastic broom I gave her to use, Omo I had to go find d local broom o, she said that's what she can clean with. Your house is slowly coming together 😍. I relaxed my hair last year july. I need to really focus on strengthening my hair because some of these salons cost so much and don’t really do a good job. Especially with relaxing relaxed hair again instead of only new growth 🥲 ❤️The Velma Williams ❤️

Wow twice a week is alot even if relaxed. I think once every 1-2 weeks is more realistic. In terms of protein be careful cause it could be result in a protein overload. Pay attention to how your hair feels. I love the aunt Jackie’s rescued thirst quenching recovery conditioner and the shea moisture manuka and marufa oil masque. Two best deep conditioners I have ever used. I have that creame of nature argan oil line you showed and its great! I also used aphogee two step treatment and its super messy so be careful it doesnt get into your eyes. Let us know how it goes!
