0:40 just a update, those machines are for getting the tickets for the bus M60 towards Astoria (N/W trains) and Harlem (Manhattan). The machines to buy or refill MetroCard which will be used at the subway station, are inside. However you are only going to JFK or anywhere else in New York City you can use any tap and go credit or debit card, Apple or Google Pay, instead of buying a MetroCard and

so could you give a best case/worst case scenario of about how much time it could take to get from LGA to JFK? like, lets say you were going for an international flight and had to be there 3 hours before the flight, do you know how much extra time you would allot for this route from LGA to JFK? thanks for the video!

Just take the Express Bus and give yourself up to 30 minutes to wait for the bus to come. You should be at JFK in another 30 minutes. The Express Bus is under $20.00. Less of a headache. The Express Bus runs between the two airports.

How much time it took to reach jfk? What terminals were there? What day & time was there?

It took about an hour and 15 minutes. I was there beginning of Mar 2023 during middle of the day.

@@bansarithakker2916 One bag and a backpack per adult would be doable. Your main issue would be carrying more than one rolling bag in NY Subway.
