I get being frustrated and annoyed if the people are near your home, like a few feet away just hanging around, that can be very uncomfortable. But unless the beach itself is private then she should expect and learn to deal with people coming to the public beach right in front of her home. Negative. There are plenty of places where beachfront property is private property all the way to the shoreline. It all depends on the deed. In this case, it appears that her property line did not extend to the shoreline and she was in the wrong. I can sympathize with people who pay $$$$$ to have beachfront property and have to constantly run off trespassers. People, nowadays seem to have little to no respect for property owners and will routinely trespass at their whim.
