Great numbers in the beginning looking at past qb play against FCS schools nice work thank you. Isn’t this the prime time to put in Lagway? I still feel Mertz needs another week due to player safety in my opinion. Nothing against Mertz. I’ll be there Saturday and I’m sure if we got the start the crowd would be so in it and we need the crowd for these home games and I just feel they are behind Lagway just because we have had such a lack lesser product. He is the shiny toy and deservingly so. Let’s be honest the Crowd was chanting his name. There’s no guarantee we will stay

Why do we have 2 O-line coaches? Sales and company appear neither able to recruit nor 'coach up'. Defense coaches are supposed to be great before they get here then they suck (Raymond last year, 2 years no improvement; Roberts this year, seem worse). Why?

Sorry Nick, there is nothing of note to take from the Samford game. The OL couldn’t dominate Samford, the play calling is still mediocre, HHansen is the only TE who can block and the Gameday coaching is still poor. Fla is much closer to that Miami game then the Samford game

Disagree. Mertz missed quite a few open receivers because he didn't see them and he missed a an easy touchdown throw to badger buy about 15 yds. The offensive line is terrible and they will struggle against A&M but Lagway makes quick decisions and has a fast release with accuracy. If Lagway played against Miami the full game it would have been a much different outcome. Not saying they would have won I'm just saying it would have been a lot closer.

Can't speak for Derek lagway sr but I'm sure if things go a certain way he will do far more than rally for his boy. Lagway is for sure our guy but Graham is a gator nonetheless let's not just remove his allegiance.
