Love traditional methay. I thought I’ll cook my ghajrela in a slow cooker. Left it overnight to cook which it did beautifully without the labour of stirring it continuously…. But the taste was not the same like you do on the stove… so back to the traditional way the best way your way.

I tried gajrela for the first time.. pehli dafa gajrela banaya aur ma sha Allah bht mazy ka.. mainy khoya ki jagah barfi le k daal di and still it tastes great ❤ thank you...
