Not much difference between North Indian cities and Pakistan. People, food, shops everythimg looks the same. South Indian cities are more cleaner than North Indian/Pakistani cities, where we will find more women shop keepers or workers. North Indian and Pakistani society doesn't support ladies having financial independence

I don't know if this is true or not, I see Pakistanis who are taller and healthier than Indians, even though poverty in Pakistan is also very high, but Pakistanis are of very ideal height.

in India only the upper caste has the ideal height, the lower caste in India is thin and short, while the average poor person in Pakistan has the ideal height
