Society is doing wrong commitments and wrong planning. There is no focus on development and delivery. Only online booking and marketing is going on. The development charges should not be more than one lac per Marla. I purchased plot due to Railway underpass but it was a hoax. They are not going to construct it and their commitment is a big lie.
