As usual very factual ‘on the ground’ video. But this video actually exposes LSC Management team’s poor planning, communication and development. Most people were not even aware that there was a Phase Two to this project let alone genuine investors being ‘thrown in to this phase’ during 22:35 the balloting event. For nearly a year, we were asking where is 3.5mrl plots? Well, now we know. The lack of transparency has cast a big shadow over what this management says and what can be believed; remember ‘half truth is a total lie’. So, that brings me to my final point, how many people would have actually bought 3.5marla files, had they known that this was going to be located in Phase 2? My guess, very few, but I am sure you may have a different view. Personally, I thank you for your efforts with these development videos.

Sir if your concern is 3.5 marla location then trust me there is no better location than this for 3.5 Marla. And also phase 2 is 2 times bigger than phase 1 your connectivity in future is not poor than phase 1. Phase 2 roads are even bigger than phase 2. You ha lagoon , theme park , Golf course, 400 feet boulevard, 250 feet ring road , 150 feet connector road and many more from sialkot motorway dedicated Interchange is the part of phase 2 plan. @@tasawarhayatharal9601 I understand that but you also know how many times LSC has changed the Master Plan, so you can be rest assured that Phase II will also be subject to future alterations. Also, since the proper launch of LSC in 2021, Phase 1 development is at least 2 years behind schedule(may be more). I was recently informed by a LSC broker that only around 20% of Ph1 has been developed in this time. At this rate, when can we expect to possess our plots when genuine investors have paid between 60-80% of their installments but their plots are no where to be seen. What hope is there for Phase 2 investors under these deliverables? I am going to call 5yrs time scale to get Phase 2 to get to even 30% development. This is based on their track record at Phase 1. As far as connectivity is concerned, how long has Malik Aslam been saying about building the GT Road underpass or Ring Road; at least 2.5 yrs. You know I am a believer in LSC but these two people at HRL need to be replaced with competent, trustworthy individuals, so that some confidence can be restored.

Tasawar bhai, very nice analysis, I must say, I always learn from your videos. Its true that location of both phases is premium in their own ways. The real question that require more clarity from LSC management is around timelines of development. This has been my number 1 concern since a year now, it would be great if you can press them to provide some sort of timelines atleast block wise if not sector wise.

Sometimes mistake ap k dealer ki hoti ha jo apko on time update ni krty ya apki apni mistake hoti ha ap on time chezain ni krty ye koi bat ni k instalment update ni hui thi apki instalment within 10 days update hojati hain agar ap online payment krain agar cash se krain to within 1 minute hojati ha. Agar apne online payment ki thi or update ni hui thi to ap ne ya ap k dealer ni follow up kia hota to Fori update ho jani thi. 2nd ye k apki slip random wali thi selection wali hoti to ap apni marzi ka plot select kar skty thy.. random slip mn society apni marzi se number lgati hai. Still apki location bad ni ha just give it sometime. Thanks

1st baat hamara side pa hard copy receive hoi thi slip ki ab hama kiya pata k un ka record ma nai add howa. 2nd time b asa e howa .koi 50 email ki hon gi ma ba k hard copy send karan .pehla kahta raha k kuch din laga gan pir mahina guzar gaya pir 2 month . Ma is duration ma email karti rahi . I have proof of emails . Pir 2,3 month bad hardcopy mili . Ap ki last baat . Hama plot lata waqt q nai bataya gaya k 2nd phase b ho ga waha b plot aa sakta. Ya website pa e 2nd phase ka map upload karta . Ab apni baat ko ap logon na sach karna tu jo marzi kah lan ham tu ab phasa howa .

Tasawar bhai, 1st of all I appreciate that you responded to criticism via Video regarding your client msgs to you, now I do agree that it's only 2 kms near to Sialkot Motorway and agay b 0.5 kms Mila layn tou it's make 2.5 kms 2. Brother thanks for your comment and as I said choty plots walon ne ziada shor kia ha to uska matlab ye ni k mn choty plot ko burra kah rhavhun actually mn khud choty plot wala he hun l. Mera matlab ye tha k jis ka barra plot ha obviously uski ziada investment ha to usko ziada preshan hona chaheay tha agar kuch ghalat hua ha to. Dusra ap ne kaha k LSC ne hamain pay kia hua ha to built this narrative to aisa hargiz ni.. 2nd jo bat location ki ha to yakin krain agar ap central ka last plot lain or east ka 1st plot lain to distance same ha. Or ap future mn dekhain gy k East block ziada Acha hoga comparatively central and West. The only problem is that LSC sold more files , now they have no land left, they simply purchased (not sure) , by just making a map you can't play with the people hard earned money. Have you posted any single status against this ballantent fraud or miscomitmemts by LSC, u just posting people from UK apki tareef or LSC ki tareef bhai koi aik tou hoga jisne kaha hoga k LSC ne agalat kiya.
