Assalam o alaikum dosto me houn Farooq ghouri or aj ham nay " lahori chargha " ki recipe share ki hai Umeed karty hay apko hamari ye video Pasand aai Hogi apni raye ka izhar comment box m zaroor kariyega.
~• INGREDIENTS ~•
•|STEP:01
• Whole chicken: 1000-1200 g
• Salt
• Vinegar
• Soak for half hour
•| STEP:02 ( Chargha marinate masala)
• Yougurt: half cup
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Green chilli paste: 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice : 1 and half tbsp
• Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
• Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
• Crushed red chilli: half tbsp
• Red chilli powder: half tbsp
• Hot Spices : half tbsp
• Turmeric: half tbsp
• Cumin powder: ⅓ tsp
• Black paper : half tsp
• Crushed coriander: half tbsp
• Carom powder: ¼ tsp
• Citric acid: ¼ tsp
• Food colour : ¼ tsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp / according to your taste
•| STEP:03 ( Chargha sprinkle masala )
• Crushed red chilli: 1 tbsp
• Roasted crushed coriander: ⅓ tbsp
• Roasted Cumin powder: half tbsp
• Chaat masala: 1 tbsp
• Fennel powder: half tsp
• Chicken powder: 1 tsp
• Citric acid: ¼ tsp
