Information is good but two thing missing one you ignore old water pump which is install in 60% cooler second calculation is UN realistic you should calculate it as 200 to 400 unit house load nobody can take separate meter for room cooler which mean minimum 1000 rs for room cooler in bill in dc water pum and in bill ptv charges as well which you not mentioned
